Clean Indoor Air Act 2008
Since September 2008, Pennsylvania’s Clean Indoor Air Act prohibits smoking in most public places, including restaurants, workplaces and a portion of casino floors.
The state passed this law to protect healthy non-smokers and children from the serious and deadly health effects of secondhand smoke.
