If
you would like to participate in checks on retailers
to make sure tobacco products are not being sold to
youth under age 18, please consider volunteering.
Permission
forms required by the PA Department of Health must be
completed in order to volunteer for Enforcement Compliance
Checks (ECC). Under age buyers must complete the Youth
Buyers form as well as the Parent/Guardian Permission
form.
All
youth must be between the ages of 14 to 17 yrs old.
Some proof of age is required, such as, a copy of a
birth certificate, driver license/permit, or baptismal
certificate with date of birth. This volunteer activity
may meet school community service project requirements.
